Biography:
Giuseppe Ravì, born in Rome, is the founder and Master Coach of Respiro e Movimento®, [English: Breath and Movement] an innovative method that aims at maximising the performance of artists (singers, instrumentalists, actors, dancers, etc.) and helping them achieve their full potential.
In 1986 Giuseppe began studying a number of different oriental disciplines related to the human body and its functioning, including martial arts, postural and breathing techniques. His passion for the study of the human body and its movements led him to take a multidisciplinary approach and develop a method that allows artists to achieve a natural balance of the body, eliminate any source of tension, stress and unnecessary effort, and to connect with their inner and artistic self.
